Loss (usa) Life Without Hope...Death Without Reason [2004]

Loss se forma en la cuidad Nashville en el 2004 caracterizando a la banda por su sonido por momentos casi funeral doom, como a veces un poco mas atmosférico.
Loss sigue la línea death/doom moderno que es comparable con bandas como Necare, y tal vez un poco con Until Death Overtakes Me con la principal diferencia es que Loss es menos atmosférico y romántico y es mas metal, basándose en los riffs sólidos en lugar de sintetizadores. Loss está integrado por Mike Meacham (guitarra/voz), Timothei Lewis (guitarra), John Anderson (bajo) y Jay LeMaire (batería) y sus letras reflejan temas como depresión, ansiedad, enfermedad, dolor y pérdida.
